  • QuickScore™ responses — your answers to the free AI readiness assessment, including information about your business type, team size, and current tool usage.
  • HeAIth Check™ session notes — information shared during a paid consulting engagement, including workflow descriptions and tool inventory.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, phone, or through the site.

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This is used solely for site performance and security purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

We retain contact and enquiry data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return with follow-up questions. HeAIth Check™ session records are retained for the duration of the consulting relationship and for up to three years after the engagement closes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the site and deliver our services:

  • GoDaddy — website hosting and domain registration.
  • Metricool — website analytics (loaded only after cookie consent).
  • Google Search Console — search performance monitoring (no personal data shared).
