1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the HandAIMan website at handaiman.com or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

HandAIMan is operated by an individual consultant based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean HandAIMan.

2. Services we provide

HandAIMan offers AI consulting services for small businesses, including:

  • QuickScore™ — a free, self-directed AI readiness assessment delivered via this website.
  • HeAIth Check™ — a paid, consultant-led AI audit and strategy session (currently $100 USD, with a $100 credit toward implementation within 30 days).
  • AI tool installation, training, repairs, tune-ups, and ongoing maintenance plans.
  • Business automation and workflow optimisation consulting.
  • Website and marketing AI integration.

Service descriptions on this site are for informational purposes. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any paid engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. QuickScore™ free assessment

The QuickScore™ is provided free of charge. Results are generated algorithmically based on your responses and are intended as a general guide only — they do not constitute professional advice. We make no guarantee that the score accurately reflects your business's AI readiness or that acting on the results will produce any particular outcome.

QuickScore™ session data is stored in your browser's local storage and is not transmitted to our servers unless you choose to submit the form. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Paid services and payments

Fees for paid services (including the HeAIth Check™) are quoted in USD. Payment terms will be confirmed before work commences. The $100 HeAIth Check™ credit toward implementation is valid for 30 days from the date of the session and applies only to HandAIMan implementation services — it is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a service, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

5. Your responsibilities

When using our site and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
  • Use the site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the site in an automated or unauthorised manner.
  • Not use the site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or unlawful content.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, the HandAIMan name, QuickScore™, HeAIth Check™, and the HAS-100 assessment framework — is owned by or licensed to HandAIMan. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

AI consulting advice is based on our experience and the information you provide. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from implementing AI tools or strategies. Results will vary depending on your business, team, and the tools involved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HandAIMan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.
