HandAIMan is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and we work with small businesses across the Valley in person. But the reality of AI consulting is that most of it doesn't require us to be in the room. We've helped business owners in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, and right across the country — all without leaving our desks. If you're local, great — we love a coffee meeting. If you're not, that's fine too.

In-Person (Phoenix Metro)
For businesses in the Greater Phoenix area — Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale — we can come to you for installations, training, and hands-on setup.
Remote Nationwide
Everything we do can be delivered remotely via video call and screen share. Most clients outside Phoenix prefer this — it's faster, more flexible, and just as effective.
Hybrid Engagements
Some projects start with an in-person discovery session and move to remote delivery. We'll recommend whatever makes the most sense for your situation.
On-Site for Complex Installs
For larger AI installations or hands-on hardware setup, we can travel. Ask us about on-site availability for your location.
Ongoing Remote Support
All our maintenance plans and ongoing support are delivered remotely — regular check-ins, updates, and troubleshooting via video or chat.
Same-Day Response
Phoenix-area clients can often get same-day or next-day in-person visits. Remote clients get same-business-day responses on all support plans.

Do you charge extra for travel within Phoenix?
No — travel within the Greater Phoenix metro area is included in our standard rates. For locations outside the metro, we'll discuss travel costs upfront before any commitment.
Can you really do everything remotely?
Almost everything. The only things that genuinely require in-person presence are physical hardware installations and hands-on equipment setup. Everything else — software, AI tools, training, automation — works perfectly over a screen share.
What if I'm in a different time zone?
We work with clients across all US time zones. We'll schedule calls at times that work for you — including early mornings and evenings for East Coast clients.
How do remote sessions work technically?
We use Zoom or Google Meet for video calls, and tools like TeamViewer or remote desktop access (with your permission) when we need to work directly on your systems. Everything is secure and you're always in control.
Can you come to my office outside Phoenix?
